諾基亞全球服務交付中心(中國)(Nokia Global Service Delivery Management China,簡稱GSDM中國)旨在為大中國區乃至全球的運營商提供集中、高效的遠程網絡技術支持,遠程網絡規劃,方案設計, 網絡優化以及軟件升級服務等。GSDM是一種創新的服務交付方式,可以結合諾基亞在全球的專業知識及當地的具體情況,為客戶打造解決方案,并且采用本地及遠程相結合的方式進行服務交付,能夠實現遠端、集中、高效跨業務的綜合性服務。
Nokia Global Service Delivery Management (China) is designed to provide centralized remote service delivery including network technical support, design, planning, network optimization and software upgrade services for China and global customers. The innovative service delivery mode implemented by GSDM could create customer service solutions with global expertise and local insights. The new service delivery mode is based on close teamwork between remote and local service delivery team, It helps increase effectiveness by moving routine operations to centralized facility bring Speed, Quality and Efficiency to our customers.
GSDM中國目前已經為中國移動、中國電信、中國聯通、中國廣電、中國鐵塔、臺灣TST 、菲律賓Globe、老撾電信等多家運營商提供涉及2G/3G/4G/5G的集中化網絡設計規劃及優化服務。網絡建設前期,根據運營商組網規范,提供基于無線覆蓋仿真,容量預測后的精確站址和基站配置方案。網絡建設期間,通過標準化的流程,平臺化的工具,全球化的專業經驗, 實時提供無線和傳輸接入的詳細規劃參數和配置文件用于直接開通基站。網絡運維期間,提供單站優化,簇優化,日常優化中數據后處理,指標分析處理,參數一致性管理等服務。
GSDM China provide central and remote network design, network planning and optimization service, which covered 2G/3G/4G/5G both of radio and transmission access network. Our customer includes China Mobile/Unicom/Telecom/Tower/ Broadcasting, Taiwan TST, Philippines Globe, LAOS Telecom and Mongolia Telcom. Before network construction phase, GSDM China provides proposal of accuracy site location, which based on the simulation result of coverage and capacity forecast. During network commission phase, on time delivery detail parameter planning and site configuration file access via standard process and platform tool. During operation and maintenance phase, delivery service of single site optimization, cluster tuning, post data analysis, KPI monitor and parameter consistence check, etc.
從諾基亞產品工程交付開始,GSDM中國就為向所有中國大陸地區運營商及香港臺灣地區多家運營商提供7X24技術支持服務,覆蓋2G/3G/4G/5G諾基亞所有產品線。GSDM中國通過集中技術專家資源,全球化的經驗數據庫和標準化流程管理,建立與諾基亞全球研發的綠色通道,配合諾基亞現場的一線服務團隊,為客戶技術咨詢,技術支持和緊急支持,跟蹤處理產品和性能相關問題,提供可溯源的支持和完整解決方案,同時作為作戰室聯合一線和研發參與重大事件的應急保障。
GSDM China provide 7X24 technical support service to CMCC, CUC&CTC and the operators of Hong Kong and Taiwan, covering all 2G/3G/4G/5G Nokia products. Based on technical expert resources, globalized empirical database and standardized process management, GSDM China establish the green channel with Nokia's global R&D. Meanwhile, cooperated with Nokia field service team, GSDM China provide traceable support and closed-loop solution for customer technical consulting, technical support, emergency support, processing products and performance related issues. GSDM China also acting as the war room, cooperate field service team and R&D to participate in the emergency support of major events.
軟件變化管理中心負責組織協調諾基亞新版本軟件在中國大陸客戶現網中的全面升級工作; 工具支持中心為GSDM中國及其他中國大陸諾基亞部門提供相關工具軟件(Salesforce/Support Portal/NDPd等)的終端用戶培訓及一級技術支持;流程管理中心負責GSDM中國標準化工作流程及日常工作指南的制定、優化及年度審核。工程安裝質量質檢中心為中國大陸地區新站安裝提供遠程質量審核。
Software Change Management is responsible for Nokia new software version mass rollout in live networks of CMCC, CUC&CTC. Tool Management is responsible for tool (Salesforce, Support Portal, NDPd) enabling and 1st level technical support for Nokia internal customers. Process Management handles GSDM China Process, Work Instruction standardization and optimization. Site Installation Quality Management focus on new sites quality audit remotely & on site to make sure high-level deployment quality of mainland customers.
