1、Develop, deploy, and maintain competitive Deploy services portfolio incl. site acquisition、site engineering、construction works、telecom implementation、customer logistics、materials management、Antenna system、energy solutions ;life-cycle ownership of roadmaps, processes, and tools. Create value proposition, costing, and pricing guidelines.

2、Develop and implement state-of-the-art processes, delivery models, tools and automation for digitalized services delivery for Deploy portfolio.

3、Manage portfolio required for the deployment in line with customer demand and local specifications;Safeguard adherence of services portfolio guardrails in sell and delivery phase against agreed measures/targets.

4、Define product serviceability improvements, and road-mapping and decide on them with Strategy & Technology (platforms) and RAN PLM (releases).

5、Contributing to RAN PLM’s system level product leadership plan with attached services;Provide clear automation requirements, driving for most effective solutions, timely development, and deployment

6、Develop, evolve, and enable the MN Services PM Methodology incl. Execute, Cost, Claim, Change & Risk management processes and associated PM practices

5、為無線產品管理的系統級產品領導計劃提供服務,提供清晰的自動化需求,驅動最有效的解決方案,及時的開發和部署。

6、通過部署服務項目保證無線服務團隊項目管理方法論持續發展,包括開發、發展和啟用無線產品服務中項目管理方法論;包括執行、成本、索賠、變更和風險管理流程和相關的項目管理實踐。


Technical Support Services

1、Develop, deploy and maintain competitive TSS services portfolio incl. life-cycle ownership of roadmaps, processes and tools. Create value proposition, costing and pricing guidelines for Hardware, Software and Customer Training Services.

2、Develop and implement state-of-the-art processes, delivery models, tools and automation for digitalized services delivery for TSS portfolio.

3、Safeguard adherence of services portfolio guardrails in sell and delivery phase against agreed measures/targets. Define product serviceability improvements for Technical Support Services.

4、Contributing to RAN PLM’s system level product leadership plan with attached services;Provide clear automation requirements, driving for most effective solutions, timely development and deployment

5、Delivery model adherence with GSD and RBCs/Markets, collect feedback and best practice for continued improvements

6、Create Services Capabilities in product development programs; scale-up in RBC/GDC:s. Develop services specific capabilities (CaDe), define and roll-out competences and certifications required for RBC:s (pre-sales) and CX (sales)

7、Drive Care renewals and upsell.
